There is a saying that goes something like this: it is better to give than to receive. When I think about the saying, I notice how true it is. Every time I choose to give something to somebody, I feel joy and happiness. I also like receiving various gifts and presents, but nothing or almost nothing can compare to the joy of giving. There are so many rich people out there that it really breaks my heart to see that some or even most of them do not share their money with others who need it more. With so many people living in poverty all around the world, giving such as charitable giving should be natural to those who were lucky to have more money than others. You should not expect anything in return if you choose to give to others. This is the whole point of giving. You also should do it voluntarily without anybody forcing you to do it. If you have been blessed with a lot of money, keeping it for yourself is simply a wrong thing to do. We all have an obligation to share our wealth with others. If you are wealthy, you are responsible for making sure that others have something to eat and a place to stay.
