Living in your own house is a different experience than living in a rented property. I know that if I live in my own house, I can have freedom to do anything I want about the property. The prices of many properties all across the United States tend to be more attractive than they ever were. Today, many people cannot afford to pay their mortgage. As a result, banks take over their houses and allow those who have money to buy them.
