Staying Healthy During Flu Season

It is quite easy to get sick during winter, especially if a person is not aware how easy it is to catch a cold. Very often a cold might result in headaches and dizziness. Here are some tips how you can prevent getting sick:

-Have proper amount of sleep. This will make your immune system strong.
-Make sure your diet is rich in vitamins and minerals. It is a lot easier for anemic people to get sick. Make sure you have proper amount of iron, magnesium, and calcium. This will make your body strong and healthy.
-Wash your hands often. It is a great way to kill bacteria. Use hot water if possible.
-Drink lot of warm water. This way you will not be cold and you might flush bacteria down into your stomach where they can do no harm.

I believe that you can increase your chance of staying healthy just by following the above tips. Most of them are quite obvious, but we might often forget about them.
